  • Scheduling:
Appointments can be scheduled via phone at (414) 888-6880 or through our website at DoneRightAir.com.

  • Availability:
Same-day appointments are subject to availability.

  • Cancellations:
Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to avoid potential fees.

Service Fees and Payment Terms

  • Service Fees:
Service fees are based on the type of service provided and are due upon completion of the work unless prior arrangements have been made.

Customers requesting maintenance services are advised that maintenance is intended for routine system checks and upkeep. Repairs or identified issues discovered during maintenance will incur additional charges. Misrepresenting the nature of the service required to avoid repair fees may result in charges for diagnostic and repair services as applicable.

  • Payment Methods:
We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

  • Payment Due Date:
Payment is due upon completion of service.

  • Late Payments:

    • 30 Days Past Due:
Any payment not received within 30 days of the invoice date will incur a late fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.

    • 60 Days Past Due:
In the event of non-payment beyond 60 days, Done Right Air reserves the right to initiate legal action or engage a collection agency.

    • Collection Costs:
Any costs incurred in the collection process, including legal fees, will be the responsibility of the customer.

System Maintenance and Repairs

  • Maintenance Visits:
Maintenance visits are intended for routine inspections and upkeep of HVAC systems.

  • Discovery of Issues:
If a repair or underlying issue is identified during a maintenance visit, it will be addressed as part of diagnostic and repair services.

  • Additional Charges:
Diagnostic and repair charges will apply in addition to the maintenance fee.

  • Pre-Existing Issues:
Maintenance appointments are not intended to resolve pre-existing issues. Repairs will be billed as separate services.

Customer Responsibility for Post-Service Issues

  • Post-Service Feedback:
At Done Right Air, we strive to ensure every repair is completed to your satisfaction. If you notice your system is not functioning correctly after service:

    • Immediate Communication Encouraged:
Please notify Done Right Air as soon as you identify an issue. Reports made within 72 hours of service completion will be addressed as part of the original service.

    • Issues Reported After 72 Hours:
Concerns raised after 72 hours of service completion may be considered new service requests and could incur additional fees.

    • Payment Obligation:
Invoices for services rendered remain due as agreed, regardless of any post-service issues. Addressing concerns after the service will be handled as a warranty claim (if applicable) or as a new service request.

    • Follow-Up Service Fees:
If the issue is unrelated to the initial repair or involves new components, additional service fees may apply.

Warranty

  • Residential Equipment Installation Warranty:

    • Parts Warranty:
Residential HVAC systems come with a one-year parts and labor warranty provided by Done Right Air. Additional parts warranty may extend up to 10 years or more based on the manufacturer's terms and product registration.

    • Customer Responsibility for Registration:
It is the customer’s responsibility to register their product with the manufacturer to ensure eligibility for extended warranties. Done Right Air is not responsible for unregistered products or the resulting limitations on warranty coverage.

    • Extended Labor Warranty:
Some higher-end products may offer options to purchase additional labor warranties. Customers must opt for these warranties at the time of purchase or installation to ensure extended labor coverage.

  • Commercial Equipment Warranty:
Commercial HVAC equipment warranties may differ from residential warranties and are subject to the manufacturer's specific terms. Customers will be informed of the commercial warranty details at the time of purchase or installation.

  • Manufacturer Variations:
Certain premium products may come with extended warranties that exceed the standard 10-year parts coverage. Customers are encouraged to review the specific warranty details for their product. Warranty terms may vary by brand and product type.

  • Labor Costs:
Labor costs beyond the initial one-year installation warranty are not covered unless a separately purchased extended labor warranty applies.

  • Void Warranty:
Warranties may be voided if the system is improperly maintained, used outside of the recommended settings, or serviced by unlicensed professionals.

Limitation of Liability

  • Service Limitations:
Done Right Air is not liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

  • Property and Personal Damages:
We are not responsible for damages to property or persons that occur during the course of our work unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
